The great news is that I can show you how to lose fat for good. The bad news is that there is no secret formula! Keeping weight off for good requires a whole lifestyle change. Are you ready to make a lifestyle change? diet is also a big part of your success, ever herd of "you are what you eat"…that is why diet is so important. Here are a few great fat burning foods.

You really are what you eat, you will need a healthy nutrition based diet. You need to eat the amount of calories your body requires, but you need to make sure that it has the proper nutrients. You must figure out the amount of calories that your individual body needs in order to succeed.

Opposite of what many people think, you should not cut your calories no more than 100-300. If you cut your calories to much you will be doing the opposite of what you want.

If you cut to many calories at once your body will enter survival mode, survival mode is a state that your body goes into and it will not let your body burn calories effectively if you cut out too many at once. Your body needs a certain amount of calories to maintain your current weight, and you must not cut your calories by more than 100-300 from the current amount it takes to maintain your weight.

You do not want your body to be starving, you only want to cut out a small amount of calories at a time. You should take a good look at how many times you eat per day when trying to lose fat. Your body needs 5-7 small meals spread out throughout the day for your body to lose fat for good.

Your metabolism will keep going strong all day and your blood sugar and insulin levels will stay steady by eating more frequently. Your body needs certain nutrients in order to rebuild. The proper amount of nutrients are as follows; 45% carbs, 35% protein and 20% fat. A lean protein, high fiber carb and a healthy fat should be eaten at each meal.

Changes that you make are not temporary and should be maintained even after you reach your goals. You must maintain these habits for a lifetime. A healthy lifestyle should be permanent, keeping all of the changes that you have made in place.
